Product Inspection at Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the product in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
You can verify:
- Product condition
- Packaging quality
- Authenticity
If you are not satisfied, you may return the product immediately to the delivery rider. In this case, only the delivery charge will be applicable.
Return Eligibility
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product does not match the website description
To qualify, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original condition
Damaged Product Responsibility
If a product is damaged during delivery, Miso Glow BD takes full responsibility and will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for valid cases such as:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products
Exchange requests must be made at the time of delivery or immediately after receiving the product.
Important Notes
- Returns should be completed in front of the delivery rider whenever possible
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for return
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us
