Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers are requested to check the product carefully in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery. You may verify the product condition, packaging, and authenticity before accepting it.If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the rider. In this case, only the delivery charge will be applicable.

Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

    The product is damaged during delivery

    The wrong product was delivered

    The product does not match the website description
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Damaged Product Responsibility

If the product is damaged during delivery, Miso Glow BD will take full responsibility and provide a replacement or solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for eligible cases such as damaged or incorrect products. Exchange requests must be made at the time of delivery or immediately after receiving the product.

Important Notes


    Returns must be done in front of the delivery rider whenever possible

    Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse are not eligible for return

    Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
